Phase 1 is to prepare you to execute the construction of your project with a General Contractor of your choice. As a General Contractor, RESOLVE is solely focused on Self Storage and Boat and RV developments. We work to earn your business and trust throughout Phase 1 in effort of becoming your selected General Contractor for Phase 2.

We will determine if we can add value to your project and provide you with a Phase 1 Proposal (not to exceed Owner’s Representative duties) based on your needs.
We will schedule a project kick off meeting and fully engage as your owner’s representative.
Phase 1:
Working together with the owner, the owner representative acts as its advocate, representing its interests with the sole purpose of executing its goals and objectives, providing expertise, and ensuring the planning and development phase is managed to mitigate risks and unnecessary cost on the owner’s behalf.
Phase 1 Owner’s Representative is focused on the early stages of your self-storage project and the step by step development, planning, and approval leading up to the construction of your site. We begin by getting to know you and your project, your challenges, and what you have done and are working to accomplish.
From there, we will take some time to evaluate the overall project and performance and offer you a Phase 1 Owner’s Representative Proposal. We will tailor our proposal to fit your needs and best serve the outcome of your project. Our Phase 1 Agreement is considered a not to exceed cost proposal with a pre-determined hourly billable rate.
*Phase 1 Total Cost is fully reimbursable if we are awarded the Contract for Construction as your General Contractor in Phase 2.
Phase 2:
The General Contractor is the person or company responsible for overseeing a construction project ensuring your construction job is completed safely, on time, and according to code and contract specifications.
We specialize and focus on Self-Storage and Boat and RV Construction. We are onsite daily project managing, providing daily progress reports, and ensuring all specifications are being delivered as you expect. We pride ourselves in the successful relationship we establish with you along the way.
We work to earn your trust and business throughout Phase 1 as your Owner’s Representative so that in Phase 2, selecting Resolve as your General Contractor is an obvious choice.
